EMERGENCIES

In the event of a life threatening emergency call the emergency services on 999

URGENT PROBLEMS

If you have a problem which is not a life threatening emergency but which cannot wait until the surgery reopens you should telephone the NHS24 service on  0845 4 24 24 24.  On calling the NHS24 service you may be offered advice by a nurse or doctor and if necessary they may ask you to attend one of their emergency clinics or they will visit you at home. If you condition is a medical emergency the doctor may organise an urgent ambulance to take you straight to hospital

The out of hours service hours are between 6pm and 8am Monday - Friday and over the weekend from 6pm on Friday until 8am on Monday. If you call the practice telephone number over these periods you will be advised to contact the NHS24 number
